In Chicago the UPN station WPWR 50 had problems with it's feed
from the network. This caused cutouts, black spaces, missed dialogue,
skips and missed words in song.
Since the Eastern and Central feeds are the same feed, it's most
likely that everyone in Central and Eastern time zones had the same
problems. Hence NYC
and Chicago having problem with their broadcasts.
